• Third-Party Integrations: If you use features involving AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.), only the data necessary to complete API requests is transmitted. We do not store your private API keys or personal content.
• AI Product Assistant Plugin Data:
  • Free Version: We collect anonymous usage statistics including user roles (guest, customer, admin), AI interaction queries, response data, timestamps, and usage patterns. No personal identification data is collected.
  • Pro Version: In addition to the above, we collect anonymized user identifiers (user ID numbers) for customer support, service abuse prevention, and enhanced analytics. All data is stored locally in your WordPress database.
• Cookies and Analytics: Our website and plugins use cookies and similar technologies for essential operations, user authentication, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve your experience.
