What we cover

• Procurement coordination — we identify and shortlist vendors, manage tender / quote processes, negotiate terms, and oversee the purchase. We don’t take reseller margin — our incentive stays aligned with yours.
• Deployment management — installation supervision (on-prem or cloud), network and security configuration, integration with your existing systems (ERP, PLM, CRM, document stores), acceptance testing.
• Software development — the bespoke parts that make the off-the-shelf hardware actually useful: RAG pipelines over your own documents, custom UIs for your workflows, integrations with your business systems, fine-tuning workflows where needed.
• Compliance integration — deployment automatically includes our ComplianceLint scanner so the audit trail starts on day one. EU AI Act, GDPR, and adjacent regulations are designed in, not bolted on.
• Handover and training — runbooks, monitoring, your team trained on operation. We stay until your team can run it without us.
• Optional retainer — for the first 90 days post-launch, we stay on standby for incident response and tuning.

How an engagement runs

1. Discovery brief — one or two written exchanges to scope what you actually need.
2. Solution design — a concrete technical and project plan, with named vendors and a defensible timeline.
3. Procurement & build — vendor selection, contract review, installation oversight, software development.
4. Deployment & testing — staging, integration, acceptance.
5. Handover — documentation, training, runbook, monitoring setup.
6. Optional retainer — 90-day standby or longer-term support.

Founder-led project management

The founder of Kisum acts as project manager directly for these engagements. You get a single accountable point of contact who has read the contract, knows the architecture, can talk to your IT, and can write code. No account-manager / delivery-lead handoff.
