Cross borders. Stay compliant.

For international technology vendors entering the European market: a German-based partner that knows European regulation, procurement, and culture.

Why us

Most Europe-expansion consultancies for Asian AI vendors are either pure-play Asian agencies that don’t know German B2B procurement, or pure-play European agencies that don’t speak Mandarin and don’t understand the technology stack. We are a Munich GmbH whose founder operates fluently in English, German, and Mandarin Chinese, and ships our own AI products. The translation is technical, regulatory, and cultural — not just linguistic.

What we cover

  • EU regulatory review — AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, CRA, CE marking, ePrivacy. Which apply to your product, in what timeline, with what evidence requirements.
  • Market assessment — addressable customer segments in DACH and broader EU, competitor landscape, pricing benchmarks, sales-channel structure.
  • Partner identification — integrators, distributors, complementary product vendors, lead-generation channels. We make introductions where they make sense.
  • Localisation strategy — product, pricing, support, billing, contract terms for German-speaking markets. Where you need a German entity and where you don’t.
  • Business development support — first-customer engagements, pilot framing, contract review, integration handover.

Typical engagement shape

A market-entry engagement typically runs 8–16 weeks and produces a written Market Entry Roadmap covering regulatory obligations, target customer segments, partner shortlist, pricing recommendation, and a 12-month execution plan. Many engagements also include a small number of warm introductions to specific German organisations relevant to your product.

Languages

We deliver in English by default. German written and verbal delivery available for European-facing material. Mandarin Chinese conversation available for Taiwan and mainland China headquarters communication. We don’t actively offer Korean or Japanese language delivery but have worked with Korean and Japanese teams in English.
